Congratulations on your purchase of WeatherWorks® product. With proper care and maintenance, this product will provide many years of enjoyment. WeatherWorks® warrants, to the original purchase, this equipment against defect in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from original date of purchase.

How to Get Service?
Should you discover a defect as your sole remedy, WeatherWorks® will at its option repair or replace this product during the warranty period. Replacement postage paid, with a proof of purchase and a short description of the problem directly to WeatherWorks® Service Department.

What is not covered under Our Warranty?
Normal wear of parts, damage due to negligence or misuse, incorrect voltage or current application, or other use contrary to that noted in manual instructions, disassembly, alteration or damage caused by unauthorized service, breakage of glass or window components are not covered under this warranty. WeatherWorks® shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any expressed or limited warranty on this product.

Your State’s Laws May Additionally Affect this Warranty.
Some states do not allow the exclusion limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you special legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
